Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA)
FCA support and assists families and caregivers through education, advocacy and services. In addition to providing training to technical assistance to California’s Caregiver Resource Centers, FCA hosts the National Center on Caregiving (NCC). The NCC serves as a central source of information on caregiving and long-term care issues and works to advance policies and programs for caregivers in every state in the country.

Community Choices Waiver (CCW)
Community Choices Waiver (CCW) is one of Wyoming’s three HCBS waivers offered. Community Choices Waiver (CCW) – serves individuals aged 65 and older, or individuals aged 19 – 64 who have a disability that is verified as meeting Social Security Administration (SSA) disability determination criteria.
Participant direction in an optional service delivery under HCBS. Participant direction means that you have decision making authority over some of your waiver services, such as who you hire to help you with essential functions of life.
